In 2009, while many galleries struggled to stay afloat, La Familia Gallery was offered the opportunity of an art-lifetime and invited to attend the prestigious Aqua Art Fair in Miami, FL.  An experience widely panned by Seattle critics but wildly supported by collectors and community organizers.
